Gar what do we expect when we have an idiot with an attitude problem who would rather start a fight than calm things down as captain! Whoever made that decision must have been p*$£*d! Meurig is a really tidy bloke hes the one that has done a lot for the club, I have a lot of time for him. Lets forget today, tomorrow should be a great day! |

they guy i brought down (Meurig jenkins) is our financial controller in work and eager to get involved, and he stated that his brother-in-law is a solicitor and scarlets fan and meurig took a form and question and answer sheet for him to ask him if he'd like to join |

We need to meet a.s.a.p to keep the momentum going. Leave it too long and the Apaches, who have been very supportive it must be said, will get restless again.

We need to set a date for next week sometime. I suggest that we all find a mutually convenient time and place and then send out emails to all the others that volunteered. We then take it on from there as to how many carry it forward. Excellent news, Mark, about the offer for legal and financial help. Opening a bank account is on the agenda, so we need some trustees - I assume that the treasurer is obviously our financial expert? Do Supporters Direct offer advice on how many we need? It doesn't specify in the handbook, but they would seem the most likely. In addition, S.D. recommend using The CO-OP bank as they provide types of accounts which suit an IPS. I rang them and they're sending me details which I will gladly pass on to whoever wishes to be treasurer.

Yes we need to get that sorted pretty quickly. Are we going to meet with the extra volunteers or have a small meeting between ourselves first? |

I think that we need to meet as a group without the new
volunteers. I know that may seem a bit clique-ey, but we need to
make the best use of the resources available, not re-invent the wheel
via a comittee of 40. I'm OK for all next week.

I agree with Bob, although the sooner we integrate our volunteers after that, the better. One get-together so we can regroup, and set a direction would be good. Up until now, getting to the Open Meeting (and external issues beyond our control) have taken up all our time. Besides, I reckon we deserve ONE evening of celebration at what has been achieved so far. Any night (except Monday) would be fine for me. |
