I have a bad feeling about the outcome of the appeal.

Saying that, Leicester will be struggling to find any toys left in their cot to throw out if they don't have their way in getting Ayerzas ban reduced to this side of Saturday....

It would be absolutely outrageous if a 3 week ban was reduced by more than one week the day before a semi final resulting in a loosehead prop being able to start. Six days after the first choice loosehead got injured.

The guy blatantly punched Remy Martin in the head as the Frenchman was on the ground for God's sake. Very similar to the Bergamasco-Stephen incident in the 6N, for which Bergamasco got a 4 week ban.

It's inconceivable that they'll reduce his ban by two weeks so that he can play on Saturday. Still very confident this will be the case.

Tigers website now report that the review panel has retired once again to consider its decision. Result, no announcement until Friday.

I think that this is looking ominous !!!!!

Just seen it. How ridiculous. What could possibly complicate the issue?

The game kicks off in less than 42 hours, this is a ridiculous state of affairs.

Let's hope that the decision isn't made until 3.30pm on Saturday !!!!!!

I think the panel is made up of two Irish men and a Scotsman. They've no interest in this decision at all. Strange how it's taking so long for them to make up their minds.

None too happy on the Tigers website about this. Can't blame them really.

If it were us, I think we'd soon enough complain because we'd want to make arrangements for team announcement and strategies for the game.

They're enjoying the "water of life" and reading this and Tigers sites and laugfhing at all the angst...

Seriously though, Tigers will have trained today without him. Can they redo all the work tomorrow with him in the sessions? After waiting for the panel to recover from their hangovers?

If he is cleared, he will be in the starting lineup.

Will they? With all this insecurity, surely if they thought there was any chance of this profiting in the next few days - would he have trained with them? Or is the exclusion inclusive of squad events?
