So if the results hold, Scarlets get BP win and Bedwas get nothing. We are then 6 pts ahead of them, with our final game home to Neath, which we should get another BP win which puts us 11 ahead with Bedwas only having 2 games to go - max 10 pts. |

That would leave bottom 4 as Neath, Bargoed, Cross Keys and probably Bedwas (as Bridgend have several games in hand). Being a traditionalist and Carms boy, these are the teams I would prefer to see relegated apart from Neath. We should have rugby at our big towns. Unsure who that other team should be though instead of Neath - can't stand Ponty but a big Welsh rugby town, Merthyr is a footy town but currently top.

Ebbw 33-10 Bedwas - after 59'.
Just need the Vale to ensure Bedwas don't score 3 more tries. Looking good.

Llanelli 31-21 Swansea with 6 to go , is it? Nervous now. We were 26-5 up. Did we pull off the Scarlets players?

34-21 FT Llanelli
Bedwas lost by more than 7 and scored 3 tries I think.

Yes, Bedwas scored 3 tries.
So they are definitely 6 pts behind with a far inferior pts dif. They have 1 game in hand. If we beat table scrapers Neath at PYS with a BP, in our final game of the season, we cant be caught by Bedwas so finish above the bottom 4. Even a win without a BP means we are almost certainly staying up. Well done the RFC!!!!

Decent support today and a good bunch of Swansea supporters.Game played in good spirits as well in fab weather. Sprinkling of old Whites players - great advert for the Welsh Premiership and use of development players. A roller coaster of a season! Pontypool champing at the bits for that 5th spot play off game !
