Bridgend need to win up at Pontypridd next Saturday to overtake the RFC and avoid the play off game against Pontypool, two match points will not be enough as Llanelli will have 12 wins to the Ravens 11 .

Play off for Promotion or Relegation with Pontypool has been confirmed by WRU for 17 May at Aberavon RFC with time to be confirmed and will be televised as well. Hopefully we shall be out of that battle if Ponty beat the Ravens in Sardis Road. A good RFC outing as one day Ponty Turks?

Ponty  will beat Bridgend, they must be kicking themselves for not beating Aberavon last sat

glad for the rfc to be staying up great run of form at the end of the season but sad to see the likes of Neath and Bridgend sliding down the leagues

I'm not so sure RR1972 as Bridgend have been playing with a lot of heart and I think helped by the Ospreys (as they should of course). We also cost ourselves a number of games which IF ONLY, as they say we had acted differently on a game decision ,could have out us well up the table by now. Young players make mistakes and we have had plenty of these lads all season but all doing tHeir best for the RFC.Mind you a game v Pooler at Aberavon on the 17th and on TV Scrum V with their big support will be tasty-certainly for the neutral. Lets hope it won't be needed as Ponty are playing for pride to go out in style at Sardis .

I was told during Neath RFC game three Committee Members had resigned and Anthony Buchanan and Gareth Jenkins were taking over, we shall have to wait and see! Good luck Llanelli RFC for the game against Pontypool on friday!

I was told the same . Buchanan is supposed to be giving up his wru position to concentrate on llanelli. I did ask about a number of people finishing on the committee and was told it was just a coincidence .
I'm sick of it

Is them returning to the fold good or bad compared to the current committee members then?
