Gavin Thomas I quite like, gavin Q is a nice enough bloke, but why give him another few years in the semi pros? you can usually tell if a player's any good by the time he's in his early twenties. I personally do not think Gavin Q's heart is in the game, just a vibe i get (man!).

Totally agree with you Mr Evans

Im fairly happy with the way Gav Thomas has performed, it obviously could be better but on the whole it's quite good!

I think that Gavin Thomas has been one of our best forwards so far this season. He's done ok in every match he's played and hopefully he can only get better.

yes, gavin thomas, has been impressive in my oppinion. he's played better than daf jones. but powell, great prospect. i think he'll grow into a great no.8

There's no doubt about it that GavinQ has got talent, but unfortunately not enough for the regional side I fear! He's a marked man every time he steps onto the field and I just don't think he can cope with all the attention and pressure the opposition will put on him!

As for GavinT, he's been by far in our top 3 forwards this season. He, like Andy Powell has a massive point to prove to himself, the Welsh fans and past coaches who have failed him.

from what i've seen of the semi pro games so far this season there has been a big improvement in gavin quinnells play. if he carries on improving, i see no reason why he can't be a regional player.
The stadium may change, but the dream will remain the same!

Not absolutely convinced of AP like some on here. Still a very loose player with a questionable attitude though has a lot of potential...lets wait and see before describing him as the next SQ.

Iv'e been having a look at  sky sports.com website and it makes for intresting viewing that Alix Popham has been in the Zurich team of the week for two weeks on the bounce! There very impressed with him up there, im not convinced that Daj Jones, Powell or baby Quinell are good enough to fill the no.8 position in Europe so i reckon we should start be  trying to sign Popham in the summer! Thats 1 player down and 12 to find to build a team!

I haven't seen Gavin Q this year, so can't comment on his progress - he is VERY big and strong, though, so he could do the job IF he trains hard and has the right attitude.

I agree with those who are impressed with Gavin T this year - he has put himself about, and really tries - I get the feeling that he (like Martin Williams) is just a little bit too small and lacking in power to compete at the very top level these days - sad but true.
