1. Rich is very very keen that we set the wheels in motion for a rep to stand at the Assembly elections - letter to the WM etc. Thoughts? 2. Can I confirm with Phil that we want him to do a piece on the 28th. If so, what slot? How many minutes? 3. I can't commit much time to the 28th at the moment, unfortunately. Got handed something huge to deal with earlier that is going to take time out of office hours. I'll manage the venue arrangements though, if tha's ok with people and I'll get hold of Gareth Potter to see if we can use the video that was shown at Phil's evening with the fans last month. |

Why? If HMJ is in support of the move, and uses it as an election promise then all a single policy pro-move canditade would do is take votes away from HMJ thereby giving Catherine a better chance of retaining her seat. Us putting a candidate forward could also make HMJ reconsider her stance. Oh, also, there's a £500 deposit to find if we want to stand in the election! Refundable only if you get more than 5% of the vote I think! Edited by Taffscarlet |

I think as many of us as possible need to get round a table soon to iron out the arrangements for the 28th. This weekend after the semi-pro game perhaps? If not, any other suggestions ?

It is the only time I could make anyway. Good idea. I'm not sure about the Assembly Elections. If the club wish to put a candidate up then fine, but I think it is manipulation of the Trust - just my own opinion. |

I'm in Cardiff all weekend working so won't be home for the game. How about we offer to meet HMJ and CT and somewhere during the course of the meeting we "hint" that putting a candidate up is very much being discussed? Elections are in May and this is going to drag on beyond that. It might be worth just putting the frighteners on the party candidates? I'll say to Phil he has between 15 and 30 minutes - whatever suits him. I'll manage the venue. I've seen the emails going about and will comment re: the presentation when I get a mo'. |

This weekend is fine by me too.
Of course it all depends on the timing, but getting rid of CT might be little more than an act of revenge after the event, and may not alter the Scarlets fate one bit. With regard the Assembly elections I agree with Alan - HMJ is our best bet at an 'anti Labour' vote, if that's what some people want. The Plaid turnout for Assembly elections is pretty solid compared to the other parties. I'm gong to write to HMJ, Adam Price and Rhodri Glyn, (who I once campaigned for in Dinefwr) to clarify their positions. Either way, for the club to ask one of us, or any Scarlet supporters to stand is utter lunacy, and if this is the best strategy they can come up with then we had better start worrying. I think it's time we concentrated on getting a viable organisation together first. We are already closely associated with fighting the club's cause, and while I think this was the right thing to do, I think we've earned enough Brownie points to convince HE/SG that a Supporters Trust is a worthy enterprise. I've seen the power point document, and its very good Alun and Alan. If I have a suggestion it would to have some more images perhaps? I have loads of images of supporters that could be used if anyone wants to have a play. A dvd/music as suggested by Mike would also be helpful. |

Hi all - sorry I'm so permanently busy and quiet!
Agree with all the points above from Gar so I won't repeat them! I really hope to be able to make it after the game on Sat as well - if we can make the game we'll have the boy with us. Whether I can stay around afterwards will depend on how he is !! Presentation looks great xx |

Iawn. 16:15 in the bingo hall? Any other venue which would benefit the club?
