Does the selection of Simon Gardiner mean that Samson is being released for the Scarlets against the Cheetahs?  Also which of the brodyr Hughes is playing outside half?

Steff Hughes plays at 10 and younger brother Ioan plays at centre for this game. The Scarlets were looking to convert Steff to 10 or at least to have the 10 and centre skill sets.

Samson is injured ? What's the injury and how did it happen?
If Gardiner is with Llanelli, does that mean Javan Sebastian is our replacement tight head against the Cheetahs?

A disappointing performance well beaten by a well drilled and clinical Newport team .
