It's not always about where you end up, it's about how you get there.

The Quo gig has been very well marketed.

And judging by what I've been reading on social media, there have been a lot of complaints about the sound system at the Lionel gig at the Liberty.
New KALAMAFONI - BEAST MODE t-shirt now available online.

Plus a new 'Sosban Fach Scoundrels' range.

Not my cup of tea but considering that the sale of tickets looks to be doing well I hope the gig will still go ahead. They have only committed to 3rd of July awaiting the result of the tests.

Doesn't seem like you knew much about the outcome of Nitro Circus, but than didn't stop you having a moan. And why do you need a flyer for the Status Quo gig, you know it's on like?

Rick Parfitt was taken ill with possibly a heart attack. They are carrying on playing with a replacement for the time being but will only confirm dates up til 3rd July.

so that means you havent seen any right? just like nitro, no posters no flyers, no marketing around the town at all....This will result in smaller crowds , fewer sales, smaller profits, bigger losses for the club, doesnt that bother you?

This is a world class event that gets 50,000+ in america and Id guess we struggled to break 2000...No doubt the region will have incurred huge losses and will duly give up on future events.....PATHETIC.
The whole event was run by Nitro Circus, effectively we just rented the use of the stadium, so if you feel it wasn't advertised well then that's their problem not the clubs.

There was i'd estimate about 4000 there yesterday.

Maybe think about researching into something before you immediately start knocking the club in future.

Ive done my homework , there was a poor crowd there was almost no advertising around the town , the majority of people there were not from the town they were fans of nitro circus from elsewhere....There were fewer than 4000 there too...In the US this fantastic even gets tens of thousands and no I dont think fans of the region should be told not to question the club, and suggest faults and on ways to improve. I find it deeply surprising you say nothing about the fact these 2 events have been very poorly advertised which will hurt attendances just as it hurts rugby attendances which in turn hurts our finances? you have nothing to say on that but plenty to say on attacking the posters who dares ask the question? This was a greta event , I applaud the club having such an event and concerts too...its long overdue. But to fail to promote them within the town is just bizarre https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5A8oBUdHnU

If someone rents the stadium from the starlets, surely it's their responsibility to advertise. All the Scarlett are to these companies are landlords. I was on a privately run course in the stadium a few months ago, and it was carms county council who advertised the event not the Scarlets. They had nothing to do with the event.
The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

We should consider the terms of the contract between the Scarlets & Nitro Circus before passing comments. I agree with Mogwen, as I have been a member of a team organising an event in P-Y-S and it was nothing to do with the Scarlets.
By the way this should not be on Scarlet Fever
Be careful when you pick up the stick.........IT MAY BE THE WRONG END!!!!!!!!!!

But come on seriously you can't compare the states to Llanelli, and being honest, unless your a fan of stunt bikes there is a very small amount of people into that. If it was cars you may have got more interest,it's definately only for fans of that genre
