Another massive difference was Fergie had not worked with Moyes, while Wayne has worked with Feeney a lot.
Be careful when you pick up the stick.........IT MAY BE THE WRONG END!!!!!!!!!!

Hilarious photo of Wayne (hands on hips) in WOL article on Steve taking the role Wales' attack coach.

The names we are being linked to seem like complete guesswork from a few crumbs of hints rather than any genuine inside knowledge.

I'm just going to wait and see, like when you haven't specified any Christmas wishes but you know you've been good enough to get something.

Reading between the lines of that bbc article (well not even between the lines), it looks like the job has gone to Paul Feeney.

Feeney may well fill Stevo's role. Still think Crowley may be in the frame for the top job.

Sign Crowley should be a strange decision, more for italian federation then for Scarlets...personally dont like him so much, but of course a good prospect.

Feeney to fill Stephen Jones' role IMO

Another coach to take up the Head Coach role - not Crowley.

Just my thoughts FWIW.

I really hope we get Ben Ryan involved in some form. He's a class act and a man who coaches teams to play our style. Wayne is a big fan of players who can play 7s and Ben Ryan has coached 7s. He would be a great fit.

I too am a fan of Ryan. He thinks outside the box; of course the downside is his lack of 15 a side coaching. Someone down the line is going to give him a chance and it will interesting to see how he progresses.

Interesting - I guess that makes an announcement less likely in the near future.
