We've got 6 back row players out. Gavin Thomas has got bad ribs so thats why he isnt playing. Our Backrow looks really poor, we could be turn over a lot in this game as we havent got a 7 to scrap on the floor for the ball!

why play someone who is not used to playing in that position Aled Gravelle (i know he started his rugby career in the back row, but the difference in rules etc, means he is vulernable to making mistakes which could cost us penalties), when you have a competent back rower playing in the semi-pro's who i think could make the step up, especially against the worst team in the league....

Utterly and totally agree !! The fact that this is potentially the only game of the season when we can blood a few new players and yet have almost totally ignored the chance speaks volumes about where we are as a team. It must be completely demoralising for the players of our so called `Feeder` clubs to see this chance passed by. What Ceiron Thomas, for example, has to do to get a chance is beyond me, at least he can kick reliably

The stadium may change, but the dream will remain the same!

What would have been sensible would have been to drop the off-form players TO the semi pro team so essentially the team against Dunvant isn't weakened at all.

Do they have the 5 game minimum thing in for the cup this year?

I think that's a pretty harsh comment about the back row, Jon Mills has been very impressive since joining us. Daffyd is getting back to his best and Wyatt has played there quite alot, I agree there is no specialist 7 playing but we still should be able to secure the ball!!!!
