SWALEC CUP TIE SWITCHED !Llanelli RFC's scheduled 4th Round SWALEC WRU Cup tie has been switched from Parc Y Scarlets and will now be played at Llantrisant on Saturday 20th December 2008. Anthony Buchanan Llanelli RFC Director of Rugby, stated "with the Scarlets playing the Blues in the Magners League at the Stadium on the same day we looked at all our options and after consultation with Llantrisant and the WRU we decided to switch venues.” Please note the game will kick off early at 2:00pm. Saturday 20th December 2008: Llantrisant V Llanelli RFC.....k.off 2:00pm |

The pitch surely can cope with 2 games. It would have been a great day before Xmas with 2 games back to back. Think of the revenue the club could have brought in. |

It's always tricky to go to some of these places,especially when the surface is poor.Good result in the circumstances,and hopefull the boys will get a home draw in the next round.Well done boys! |
