North Carmarthenshire - like Ammanford way - always thought it sounds nice. A soft speaking valley girl (not Gwent) can also sound good.

Worst - Swansea Jaarck aaarcents. An anathema to any self respecting Turk. Rough valleys too - awful.

Any Newport.

Obviously.

You should mind it! Their most ridiculous saying is "where to you from?".

When the first Cardiffian asked me that I just thought: "WTF are you talking about!"

Depends which language though.. 'Qualities' vary wildly
between the two, so what might seem attractive in one sounds
harsh in another.
I'll admit to a soft spot for a northwalian accent, especially in
Welsh.

Best - Carmarthenshire - has to be really.

Worst - Caaardiff (All nasal *shudders* ) and Bally. Sorry Bally lads and lassas but no. That goes doubly for Nerys!
