Parc y Scarlets' is pleased to announce that its spectacular 'Fireworks with the X Factor' returns after last year's inaugural display went with a huge bang as more than 5,000 people packed the stadium's Castell Howell South Stand for a breath-taking display.

Parc y Scarlets' second Fireworks with the X Factor, in conjunction with 97.5 Scarlet FM, will take place on Saturday 5th November and promises to be a fantastic evening for all the family.

Performing at this year's event will be Welsh maths teacher John Adams, from Aberdare, wowed the new-look X Factor judging panel, Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh, with his rendition of Damien Rice's Cannonball.

The 23-year-old impressed Tulisa before he sang a note, with the N-Dubz star telling him: "If I may say so, you are a rather handsome young fellow." But she was also impressed by his voice, praising its "beautiful tone" and his "potential".

'Fireworks with the X Factor' is like no other firework display. At Parc y Scarlets you can enjoy live performances by various talented acts prior to the spectacular firework display whilst sat in our state-of-the-art facility. Come along to Parc y Scarlets for a great evening, watch the fireworks display from the comfort of a seat in our covered Castell Howell South Stand which offers a safe and friendly environment for all of the family. Ours is the family firework event the weather can't spoil!

Martin Mumford, Managing Director of Scarlet FM said: "We are thrilled to be working in conjunction with the Scarlets once again on this event. The first ever Fireworks with the X Factor last year was a fantastic event which caught the imagination of young and old alike."

Gates will open from 4.00pm; come early and see Parc y Scarlets and Scarlet FM's pre-fireworks music spectacular headlined by John Adams from this year's X Factor (bootcamp) before the fireworks display from 5.40pm.

Tickets will go on sale from 9.00am on Saturday 8th October priced at £5 for adults, students and OAP's, U16's £3 and Under 5's go free. After the success of last year's Fireworks with the X Factor we would strongly encourage you to buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment.Beat the queues and reserve your seat in advance - call the ticket hotline on 0871 871 808.

If we haven't sold out, event day prices will be £6 adults, students and OAP's, £4 U16's and Under 5's go free for 'Fireworks with the X Factor'.

We're also pleased to offer a 'Fireworks with the X Factor Hospitality Package' which will include the best seat in the house to view the show and onsite parking!

For only £10 adults and £5 U16's you could enjoy pre-fireworks hospitality in Parc y Scarlets' Quinnell Lounge (all prices are plus vat). Your hospitality package will include a one course hot fork buffet, best seat in the house to view the show, onsite parking and bar facility.
