Redeemed himself on scrum v by saying that Rolland had an outrageous game at the weekend
Nice to see pundits recognising this

He really couldnt say otherwise tbh...

In 1972, Roy Bergiers scored that try and said "that was for you lofty"

Can't see how anyone could say Rolland wasn't terrible, even Ulster fans.

I cannot think that he would wish any professional player any ill-will at all. he didnt even play with the young inured men. At worst it was badly judged and insensitive banter which on reflection he regrets -think we need to move on from the SC4 programme to next season.

he likes the scarlets, he hates the fact we are a push over all the time.

he wants to see us man the [beep] up for once.

he`s not the only one tired of pretty boy interviews, and no susbsance either.

looking back on the season, and i`m glad i didn`t bother buying a season ticket.

when will we learn? how many times do rob gog, turnbull and shingler have to get creamed in big games before we realise as a unit they aint good, big, strong, or hard enough.

our whole ethos is a passive one on the pitch. rugby is a game for bullies. in which the scarlets role is normally walter the softy.

even our big players get beasted in the big games by players beneath them in international ranking.

Spot o Speedy.  Gog needs to work with Brad and co to  beef up on weight training to get some bulk on-he is too small for an 8 and if he cannot, through no fault of his own physically put on more bulk we are again stuffed next season. Ditto Shingler -he really needs bulking up considerably (if he can) -assuming no large complementary signings over the Summer.

I have to accept some responsibility for that.  I did apologise to him and he was ok about it. Embarrassed
