Cheers for the info Tondu,

What a [beep]ing gravy train, so all these individuals give up their valuable time for free or is it freebies. In a real private company the structure would be flat and efficient and cost effective. What is the rationale for all these commitees and vast number of individuals. The WRU are a [beep]ing joke.

In 1972, Roy Bergiers scored that try and said "that was for you lofty"

"All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us"

He must be a high flying genius, to compliment the knobhead that is Roger smarmy Lewis.

It would be nice to actually find out what these people do.

Not fancy-pants Job Titles etc. - but what the little buggers ACTUALLY DO?

I don't think they do. I think they have 6 or 7 people in charge of everything, then admin teams below.

I'm no expert so don't quote me on it but the WRU structure looks severely outdated with plenty of blazers in that first Board up the top of the page. These are guys who have given lots to the game - but really are they well versed in running a professional, multi-million pound turnover sports organisation? I'm not sure this structure is used much elsewhere in pro sport these days.

Ive given lots to toilet basins but that doesnt entitle me to inform bog roll manufactures how to make tissue paper.

You get my drift.
