blues and ashtrays will both be signing more players.
 
the ashtrays will certainly be getting another centre and winger in and the blues will be getting in tight five forwards

Just read the BBC report on saints v Worcester and it mentions that Adams has probably played his last game, before heading home to Wales?? Anyone heard rumours

It would appear he has been bought out of the contract, which given he wasn't wanted by any region at the time, wouldn't cost too much to buy out...

The BBC have removed any reference in the article to Josh having played his last game for Worcester.
