Good team, have strong confidence in breaking a record for 10 wins in the league. Don't think we will get bonus point.

The win is THE thing. I think we'll have a very tough challenge tomorrow night, but we should have enough to win the game. |

Fully expect our front five to dominate.
Will be a battle between backrow, but still expect us to come out on top. Dragons will give us a tough time. No doubt about that...we need to just build through the and and keep scoreboard ticking over and take our tries when the chances come. |

The last few derbies against the Dragons at Y Parc have been very
scrappy affairs. Really hope we can bring some precision to our game
which will enable us to stamp our authority early.
We wont get any help (in terms of it being a flowing game) from the referree who's a jobsworth who will delight in being centre stage. That's why we need to play at our best and be really accurate, so that even he cant find a reason to blow up. By the way, expect cards, he loves his cards. (Wont be calling him a cheat though...Bump) |

Hope Rhodri gets better ball from the set pieces than he did last Friday and hope that these have been extensively practised during the week. With both Rawlins and Shingler Mawr in the side, you would think that all that's needed is more accurate throwing into the lineout. More than happy with our starting props, (unless they suddenly decide that they're really centres and start throwing dummies) but I'm yet to be fully convinced by our bench props. As for the father and son scenario I would love to see daddy creating a try for the boy on his debut.

A wild punt here...he took his mam's surname.
If you look at the squad as a whole, and not selecting DTH or Collins, and with Owen out, I think it was going to have to be one of 2 or 3 18 year old Academy boys to come in...we are still pretty sparse on outside backs. We desperately need both Steffs back soonest. |
