Well done Hadleigh - you know it makes sense!!

Seriously though, he is a quality and vital player for us.
History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.

Excellent news. I'd go as far as saying he's our most important renewal this season

When you have a situation where Sanjay is liking a tweet from another player, welcoming him to Saracens, then it is unlikely that the rumour is baseless, and naive to believe he's staying.

Liking a tweet isn't exactly concrete evidence that Liam has signed on the dotted line though is it? Said player could just be whipping up a frenzy to get everyone going.....doing a good job of it to if this is the case.

If he's signed then just bloody announce it, so that everyone can move on!. Sanjay is an awesome player for sure, but don't get me wrong, Sanjay isn't 15 men, and we'll get along just fine without him quite frankly!

Hadleigh was a top signing by Pivac-on the button piece of business.

Hope this is accurate.

Well respected and liked by all and a capable guy who speaks well and is much needed especially when the DC's are away or limited on games. Well done Nigel Short it seems.

Great news but what a shoddy article. '11th hour', 'resigned to losing him'. I know I shouldn't rise to the Fail bait but I'd say right from the get go, Parkes wasn't going anywhere.

Newspapers rarely let the facts get in the way of a "good" story.

Few knew what the real goings on were.

Best to be happy with the result of that story, if it is correct. Here's hoping.

Excellent news about Hadleigh, in some ways a more important retention than Ken or Liam.
Personally, I'd like to see him captain Scarlets next season.

Surely as first choice hooker in the welsh team Ken should be offered an NDC. That would suit us down to the ground with Emyr and Elias also on the books. Ken only being available for 16 games a season would be fine and we'd probably make a net saving on his wages which could be distributed elsewhere in the squad.

Good point.

The Os have a disproportionate number of NDCs, which has allowed them to splash the cash elsewhere.
