She may very well have been correct in her decision, but on both occasions it should have gone to the TMO. Virtually impossible to make that call at full speed.
Only one team plays in red. (Sorry, Scarlet)

Referees annoy me so much. We are getting battered, they've scored two dubious tries which should have gone to TMO. The try they just scored was truck and trailer. They've given two dubious high tackles against us and a dodgy early engagement.

Why can't they just let us play, we are getting absolutely no change whatsoever. I'm not asking for much just some degree of fairness.

We made a few breaks in the first half, they slow the ball down and theres no penalty advantage?! the guy that got neck rolled earlier was the tackler and didnt release the ball carrier. was jus in the ruck handling the ballgenuinely ridiculous. we ve had maxwell before he s unexperienced and annoying as f@!k.

The youngsters have done well. And this match has confirmed that Morgan Allen MUST get more Scarlets game time. He's been very good tonight.

Right tomos williams takes it on in their 22. fumbles but regathers, the ball is then illegally scooped out of the ruck from a northhampton player. clear penalty

Is there any point to this competition? Surely this competition should be for development of young players whilstthe clubs first team players are away for the 6 nations.
The scarlets young players have put in a good performance but up against such an experienced saints side there was only one outcome!!!!surely there should be a limit of 5 players who are experienced/older on the pitch with the remaining players being development players as there is no point in teams like Northampton just hammering teams!!!!the young scarlets have performed well against a very experienced Northampton team
Well done to our young players and our development system.
The high tackles we were pinged for were terrible decisions and lead to two of their tries.

Their scrum domination was helped by our 9s not putting it into our 2nd row.

Is this something that's whistled differently in the Welsh Prem and other leagues?

The motor racing guy was quite fun.

Some good potential showing amongst the side from our young guys. Glad I watched.

Well played boys never gave up. Two of thier tries should have gone to TMO. This is a development competition suppose to be but again it's run like everything for the English teams. Officials made some strange calls.

Good points , their first try was never a try, some dodgy penalties and they had to resort to a few driving mauls but overall we must have got more out of that game for the future than they did.
Well played boys

Overall thought it was plenty of positives to take from the game. Sure the regions clubs will be happy with their players representing the scarlets.
Bit baffled with BT hyping up harry mallinder so much, he was good in attack but he missed 3 big tackles in midfield.
Would have loved to have had northhampton in our european group this year.

I agree that it is not really a development competition for the English teams, who just use second-string but often still older and experienced players.

That first half was very encouraging. Makes you wonder what a proper regional A team, playing and training together regularly, would be like.
We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh
