Interesting to see what team would be picked based on statistics alone
I wonder if even half of these will actually make the first team?

Brown
Zebo
Foxy
Farrell
Liam Williams
Biggar
Webb
furlong
Ken owens
mcgrath
Lawes
Launchbury
stander
tipuric
heaslip

Zebo, Biggar, Lawes and Heaslip would consider themselves lucky to tour let alone start. Shows that stats don't always paint a full picture.

Mike Brown can be added to that list. Had a horrible tournament. All he seems capable of doing is running head down into contact. Very rarely passes the ball and offers zero attacking threat.

Totally agree Pritchy. Think his England days are numbered with Daly & Watson offering far more in attack. He, like Halfpenny, offers nothing in attack.

That's basically a high work rate low error count 15 and it looks like it hasn't been weighted too much based on position.

2 of the back 3 didn't score a try all tournament and the 10 didn't create a try all tournament, you'd think that those would be some of the key stats focused on for those positions.

Got a link to these stats, Roy? Even the shambles that is the Western Mail couldn't come up with some of these.

What was Biggar's stat? Most gobbing off to officials? Playing more minutes than any other 10 with his arms outstretched? Or least contribution by an outside half in 6N history to tries being scored?

He hit some very good form a few years back when he was not far off the best fullback in the 6N but I agree he's on the decline.
Think Hogg is the only nailed on tourist at fullback.

Hogg & Liam for me at FB with Daly selected as cover at 13/14 & 15. Also Watson to cover 14 & 15.

Barclay won't tour. Stander, O'Brien, O'Mahoney, Haskell, Warburton, Moriarty, Tipuric are all more likely to be chosen at flanker and maybe even Robshaw on reputation.
But you can add Rob Evans to or tourists I think.
