I assume you don't mean The Premier Inn either EP! LOL
Even grander than that 😉

Toulon had half their quad in the Central Travelodge the last time we played them !
There are many things different about Toulon. Staying and training in the area for about 3 days being another, on their previous visit. Good on 'em.

And this pearler "would enable most, if not all games to be played outside the Test window" They can't manage to get the current schedule outside the test windows let alone adding extra games.

And what happens during the 6 nations? We're in an International window Saf isn't. Indeed what happens with the rugby seasons? Theirs is different to ours and for a reason too- it would be hot in Bloemfontein in January- not so bad in Port Elizabeth.

Sounds a great idea but there are alot of details to be ironed out.

Does it? Realistically the best thing we could do over the next few years is enter a British League minus the Italians and including the 4 Welsh, 4 Irish, 2 Scots, 12 English in the top league and 2 more from the Championship- London Irish and the Cornish Pirates (with their new stadium) maybe?
Split that into two tiers with two relegations and promotions each year.
Then maybe a third tier with English Championship teams, Regional A teams, and Irish A teams?

Sounds like a desperate idea dreamt up by someone involved with a failed structure in South Africa that's trying to justify their job. The issues you hilight jus add to the argument not to take it seriously

Currie Cup teams joining the Anglo-Welsh seems to be the latest suggestion
