Do the guys count as 'Lions' even if they never get game time? How does that work?

Dell is now a Lion- the rest aren't. And the scrum that Dell participated in showed that he was well worthy of his new status and if any one was unworthy, it was Marler for a silly piece of foul play (again)....

Yes I have always questioned the choice of Marler ahead of Rob Evans.

Rob should have been selected - of course, as it turned out he got injured and could not have gone anyway.

Having said which, all the six have their photos up on the Lions squad pages and seem to be still "on tour". Expect them on the bench on tuesday again and perhaps a bit more laxity about replacement policy partially hidden in the rumpus of the test series part of the tour.

I assume that having been called up and 'at risk' of being injured in training games, the Scarlets will get a payment for Gareth Davies? Also, does it also mean that we lose the Wales payment as he was called up for the Lions? We should get at least the greater payment of the two.
