He had a very strong end to the season in all fairness. For example, he was outstanding in the semi win v Leinster

He may have performed well, but that was despite him feeling at breaking point physically.

If he is now fully fit, then we will see some player.
Agree completely
I still wake up late at night and think of what might have been when tim stimpson hit that jammy penalty1

I snapped my Achilles last November. I'm reasonably fit and go weight training regularly, by no means would I put myself at half of Samson's abilities. It's only recently that I've been able to run and train at a decent level, but nowhere near where I was. That's still many months away.
Samson has been carrying his injury for 2 years without a decent rehab period. I'm personally glad he didn't go on any tour to allow him a decent period to recover. He's been criticised over the last season or so for not doing enough around the field, try that on one leg is what I say to anyone who doesn't rate him.
Samson's name will resonate for many years after he retires as a true Scarlets legend. This boy is class!
Only one team plays in red. (Sorry, Scarlet)

That's a great home-grown front row we've got.
Great to see Samson back - he's a beast!
