Not sure what this means actually.  Does it mean that some players left without knowing what the Scarlets final offer was?

I think we know who. Let's not let it divide the players from the fans. At least hit the rest of the season and remember the agents play a big part. Perhaps they had extra bonuses to lure them away...

It's very likely some agent/agents had their sticky fingers involved in this... pity... don't let it destabilise the rest of the season, though, Scarlets!

Is he talking about another player on top of Fonotia?

No he's talking about a replacement for Aled Davies. Think there's been a misprint

Nigel, I think Steff has stated what his view was of the Press Conference. If I’m wrong in my assumption, I’m sure Steff will put that right.

I don’t see anything more than the BBC website had a typo.

For me, and reading the comments on departing players, I cannot possibly see how Scott could be included in the not proper process bracket.

It may well relate to a deal that’s been done but not announced yet.

It's not Barclay either

I nearly mentioned that I’d find it very difficult to believe JB would do anything in an ill-considered manner, too.

I don't care about any of this....... it occured to me over the weekend that there had been alot of angst when Mikey departed for pastures blue all those seasons ago and yet we have welcomed him back in a way that makes the prodigal son's welcome look very third rate.

If a player decides to depart for any reason, completely understandable (the two Bees) or completely unfathomable (anyone who wants to be coached by Tandy) then they can go and play elsewhere. The ethos we want and Pivac demands is one of absolute commitment and desire to wear Scarlet.

If, in the future, any of them is prepared to put a Scarlet shirt on again, then I shall be delighted. Particularly if it involves coming out of retirement and a intercontinental flight......

Interesting from Wayne. He's a fair man who communicates well and he just expects that in return. Seems there are players who want to stay if the deal is right and players who just want out.

There are other parties involved in this process besides the players, coaches and agents. Could be "communication" problems there?

The truth will come out apparently I think it's about time the truth did come out or it will destabilise the squad. Let's not play silly buggers there is clearly ill feeling between staff and some player who has chosen to leave you have to ask if that case is it in interest of club that they stay.
I always got impression it was happy and tight knit squad.
She asks why i still can't answer. I guess its in the blood.

Its a small ,intense workplace and whilst most workers at such workplaces are happy there is always some who are unhappy/feel undervalued/underpaid or talents wasted. Also some just feel they need a change to recharge their careers-they are like all of us who are at work!

Some will present their' issues' face-on with employers and what they feel they need to be happier at work whilst others may say something about their wishes to move on but really remain unsettled and just want to move with no more protracted debate and discussion. It's just working life . As long as a leaver works their notice and does their best that is fine with me. We should not get hung up on it IMO

I've always thought it strange they announce the transfers so early in the season. look at biggar and Webb that was almost at the start of the season if not before and surely if you are going to a rival club it can't be good for the players, fans either
