But they are at home, saying that Gaffney seems to have started having an effect at Saints, playing for the new boss etc, Billy Vunipola out for 10 weeks and their back 3 only getting to touch the ball for kick returns doesn't bode well .......... yeah they're out. Who'd have thought that last yeaar -Sarries out and Scarlets alive and kicking -  definitely not Sanjay!

ah my mistake yes runners up spot is still outside possibility if they get bonus point win and ospreys lose and other groups go their way its still possible

If we win and don't get a BP we have an away QF.
If we win and do get a BP we have a home QF.
In my opinion. It is that tight. That is a world of difference.

Hard to see 4 tries against Toulon.... unless the cards come out...I want to see Basta play and have us beat their best

I think what's nice for me to know is it is totally in our hands. A win of ANY kind gets us through, 3-0 or 30-29 gets us through. We dont have to worry about restricting them to 0 BPs.

They do indeed - but Ian McGeechan was extremely complimentary about the Scarlets and the pro-14 in general, in this article yesterday:

Unlikely, as he's been cited for his homophobic outburst.

I watched the Leinster match yesterday and have to say I was pretty appalled at the Glasgow performance. This meant to be the elite competition - yet they turn up with a 2nd team who, after 15 minutes, decided that tackling was optional apart from Griggs. The sky commentators continue to eulogise about Leinster but please. They are a very good side with lots of depth that is true; it is also true that you can only put out 23 players in the knock out games. Is their best 23 better that ours? For sure they can cover a raft of injuries better than us but lets wait & see.

13 teams can still qualify mathematically.

Pool 1 Wasps. La Rochelle. Ulster.
Pool 2 Saracens. Ospreys. Clermont.
Pool 3 Exeter. Montpellier.
Pool 4 Munster. Racing 92
Pool 5 Toulon. Scarlets. Bath.

Well this is my prediction on how things will end up next week.  We will be ok with a 4 point win and we could possibly qualify with 2 losing BPs which would put us on 19. If Toulon get a LBP against us then they coudl qualify as well.  Lots of ifs and buts but that's my best shot.

P1
Ulster - 21
Stade  - 20
Wasps - 13
Harlequins - 8

P2
Clermont - 22
Sarries - 18
Os - 16
Saints - 6

P3
Leinster  - 27
Exeter  - 18
Montpellier - 13
Glasgow - 3

P4
Munster - 20
Racing 92 - 19
Castres - 13
Leicester - 7

P5
Scarlets – 21
Toulone - 19
Bath - 18
Benetton - 3
