Great opportunity for Tom Prydie to continue his impressive recent form.
and score the winning try tomorrow night.

That’s a huge blow.

McNicholl offers a lot in attack but Pence has not really done that much so far and is still getting that into his DNA.

Because of this I don't think it is a massive blow tbh.

Bath will knot know much about Dan and we still have bags of quality and football in our backs.

I fancy our chances up front, and remember, when we played last, they had Toby and Fotiali, and the 9 controlled the game.

We did not have Cubby or Barclay, and the way the bench is set up, I can see us looking to be more direct and take it to them big time.

Nothing to fear in Bath, and we have shown the resilience we have as a squad over the last few months, and never believe we are beaten!!!!

Halfpenny to be is the common sense player behind our backs, runs miles during a game and clears errors up, and covers others. We will miss that, but gain Rhys's attacking flair.
Be careful when you pick up the stick.........IT MAY BE THE WRONG END!!!!!!!!!!

I like a 6-2 bench split as long as our backs don't get hurt, but even then Cubby can cover wing/centre. Dan is the best short/medium range kicker in the squad, It was hard to leave out Boyde or Macloed, now we have both.

Gotta look at the positives!!!

Well, I like the way you're thinking!Thumbs Up

Exactly lets attack them , might suit our style better , can't wait for it now , super excited!!!!!

I thought Jones and Patchell dovetailed well as first/second receivers against the Dragons and there is no reason why we can't expect more of the same tomorrow night. Yes, we might lose a bit in the defensive/tidying up stakes without Halfpenny at the back and Bath will certain threaten us much more… but let's concentrate at what we're good at/what we can do and be confident rather than focusing on any negatives. We are going to there and give them a bloody good game!

There's not much left to choose from when you consider Halfpenny, Johnny, Steff and Foxy are out and we must ensure we beat them up front. Having McLeod and Boyde as well as a top full front row coming off the bench might prove huge.

Id usually agree if there were more players available. Since our 2 outside halves are starting there is less of a need for it since that subsitution is usually tactical anyway. Steff hughes will only come on if there is an injury. I think it would have been very hard to pick between boyde and macleod to start off with. I think both have the ability to make a serious impact on the game. We ve been overpowered the first 3 games of this tournament we are going for it on the power front tommorrow.
It only get interesting if there are more than 1 injury in the backs. In which case we will see cubby or cawdor being shifted out to the backline.

We've basically got to win the next 2 matches to progress. The question is are we more or less likely to win either match if we go for all-out attack to score lots of tries or is the risk of interceptions etc going for the tries more likely to lose the game for us. Much as I would love to see us winning with a bonus point, any win will do in both games, and if this means kicking more penalties than usual or kicking for the corners to keep then out of our half then so be it.

Well, they have Banahan on the wing...

Looking at the 13 Bath forwards in there 23 for tomorrow 9 played at the parc against the Scarlets on November 2016 when our development put 44 points on them Banahan,Priestland and Wilson in backs also there is no doubt Pivac and the coaches are targeting the Bath pack tomorrow night

Shingler scoring the winning try as a winger would be the most ironic score ever.
