Unlikely as they always retain 3 hooker and 3 scrum halfs
I still wake up late at night and think of what might have been when tim stimpson hit that jammy penalty1

I made the point earlier, that once wales have kicked off Cubby and Elias, assuming they are not in the match day squad are of no further use, so why not release them to us ?

That’s a pretty impressive team for the 6N window isn’t it?
We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh

That's not a bad side at all.
I would start with Gardiner and bring Kruger on as the game opens up and play Boyde at 8 with Macleod at 7 and also swop positions for Rawlins and Beirne.  Bring in Ioan Hughes for Rhys Jones and put Phil Price on the bench. I didn't see the Sale game but from what I heard Lee Rees played well and anyway his more experienced than Declan

it would depend on Lee's working conditions. not sure what he does for a living, but this fixture is away in Italy. he may he may have work commitments. we would need this player to be training all week - during working hours with the scarlets.

It was confirmed in Meet the Coaches that Treviso would be a likely return for Declan.

Why would they are arrange the pro 14 fixture list this way? With the new conference system we have far less big games, against big teams, and they’ve arranged 2 of them for during the 6n periods, when all the big players are away. Very poor.

Forwards duo Ryan Elias and James Davies have been released from the Wales squad and will return to the region ahead of this weekend’s Guinness PRO14 game. We travel to Treviso on Saturday to take on Benetton Rugby on Sunday afternoon as the Guinness PRO14 returns.

Mae Ryan Elias a James Davies wedi eu rhyddhau o garfan Cymru ar gyfer gêm y penwythnos. Fe fyddwn ni'n teithio i Treviso dydd Sadwrn i wynebu Benetton prynhawn Sul wrth i’r Guinness PRO14 ddychwelyd.

The Pro14 fixture list must have been an absolute nightmare to organise at short notice, with all the complications like the extra national derbies, the South Africans needing to fulfil several fixtures on each trip overseas, and so forth.

It is a bit frustrating the three of the Scarlets biggest four Conference B matches are during the 6 Nations, and it feels a bit lopsided that Scarlets have played 5 of their 6 Welsh derbies and will have faced Treviso 4 times before they encounter any of Leinster, Munster or Glasgow. But getting this season together was a complete rush job, and they’ll surely have ironed some of this out for next season.

That's excellent. We really need another 5 pointer against Benneton.

Done my run-in predictions for the rest of the season, just a win will do this weekend, bigger games to come!
