Bonjour,
Bien cordialement, Had this reply to an e-mail I sent them. It basically translates as - they will be selling tickets via the website and that they will communicate as to when they go on general sale. I'm guessing that they're giving ST holders and members first dabs on tickets before they go on general sale. However, I have seen on some clubs' ticketing sites that they will only sell tickets to people who have bought from them previously, obviously to prevent opposition fans getting their hands on them. I'm not saying they will do this but just giving people heads up. |

Would love 2 tickets anywhere....know it makes no difference but Scarlet supporter since 1979 when I saw my first Turks- Jacks derby. Season ticket holder for 10 years at Stradey but since moving to the Far East (Suffolk !) trips back have been more selective.
As an aside...if Scarlets do win who and where is semi-final ?? Cheers

I won’t know as much about this as Aber and Vulcan, who are very welcome to correct what follows.
A lot of the French clubs have a number of supporters clubs, from times previous, who were the roots of the current club. It’s a bit like feeder clubs and regions, only for supporters. The supporters clubs have meetings between them, on inter-club events, for example. From what I’ve seen on the supporters sites, they’ve the package for a 2night trip with match tickets, staying in Swansea. Until they’ve got more of an idea of who is taking that up, they won’t release elsewhere. I’ve dropped a line to one of the supporters clubs and they’ve replied, during Saturday’s match at Twickenham saying they couldn’t understand why our try wasn’t awarded, saying that they’d write at greater length. They’ll be coming and will want to meet up with our fans and exchange good rugby fellowship and the occasional drink. They also advertise a beer with pretty much their own label dedicated to Stade Rochelais supporters. |
