With the top Northern Hemisphere rugby competition sorted last week the semi's of the Pro 14 has the feel of after the Lord Mayor's Show about it. The Rugby season has lost it's momentum and I honestly cannot get excited over a semi final in Glasgow this Friday Night.
No doubt a lot of rugby fans feel the same way. Hopefully the players can remain focused for a couple more weeks and re-ignite my interest.
Keep the faith

When the change was made to the current Champioons Cup, the French and English were adament that the European competition finished before they started their playoffs. So the season ending climax was their domestic finals.

Endinburgh is the rugby city where the rich men live. Glasgow footie mental. Remember years ago they used to have 2/3 thousand crowds.

Connacht played and won a home semi final- presumably at the Sportsground which has a capacity of 8100.

Think their capacity is 9.7k, and they've increased it to 10k for the semi to meet stadia requirements for hosting a semi final.

Pity - no doubt, if we win the semi, he'll be out for the final as well.
