Great reward for his commitment and dedication and he will reap the rewards with a long international career. As he has been capped with us do we get any reward from the IRFU.

Well done, indeed - and nice to start with a win.

Does anyone know how many minutes he had, and whether he had a chance to make any significant contributions?

ESPN has that he made 5 tackles, missed none, and had 1 run or 2 metres  He came on in the 64th minute

I think he’s taken the mantle of being the only unbeaten international in the Irish squad from James Ryan πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

So glad he has got capped. I hope for Ireland, and for him they realise what a gem they have on their hands

Yes he had about 15/16 minutes replacing my MOM O'Mahoney at 6. Did his job mainly in defence against driving mauls and around the ruck. He will have to bide his time but did not look out of place.

Thanks to both for reports on Tadgh's time and contribution on the pitch. Hope he gets more game time next week.

Thought you'd like to see his appreciation of Scarlets in this interview:

As I'm sure you all know by now, there is massive kudos to Scarlets from us Irish rugby fans for his development.
