I'm a bit surprised there's no thread on this so far, unless my laptop is acting up!

It was another totally dominant display by Wales - once again, their line speed flummoxed Argentina, giving Cubby, Jenkins and others the chance to turn over ball, or at least slow it down. The front 5 did a terrific job, allowing Aled to have an excellent game - don't think I've ever seen him play better - keeping up the tempo, and showing his accurate box kicking game to good effect.

Everyone did well, but Josh Adams's try was a superb bit of individual skill - pace, balance, and awareness - and Owen Watkin, who was poor the other week, really stepped it up - well done. Patch challenged the gain line - and as Warburton said in the WM before the game, he's one of the few 10s who'll take the tackle many times in a game, just in order to buy an extra second for the outside players - and he took one hell of a tackle early on! Guts as well as skill, and his kicking was near perfect.

Moriarty was another who showed up a lot - pity he lost his rag and (rightly IMO) was red carded for that choke-hold - not sure what the Argentinan did to incense him to that point - the game was practically over. It would have been more sensible to close the game out with a 3 pointer, rather than go to the corner - players can get injured in 'extra time', and it's not worth it if the contest is decicded - as Foxy will know.

Still - onward and upward - this has been a great tour for building some strength in depth, something the Wales coaches have not done very well in the past. Congratulations to all concerned.

A few minutes earlier, the clock had gone red, we had a penalty in their corner. I just wished that someone had taken tap and given it to Anscombe to put the ball in the stand. I did think that was poor from us. Too much adrenaline and a lack of clear thinking at the end methinks.

Yes indeed Aber another excellent Welsh performance based on superb line speed and defensive nous which took away any time the Argentinians had to play. Agree with your picks  - Aled, Watkin & the front 5 again were the picks with Moriarty close to being MOM. Patchell growing in maturity and assurance every game - his place kicking is becoming far more consistent as well as his tactical kicking.

Josh Adams took his try really well and bearing in mind that he will surely come back to Wales for the 2019/2020 season we should be looking to put a contract in front of him sooner rather than later!!!!! He would be an excellent replacement for Jonny if he does indeed seek out pastures new.

The experiment of picking two 7's worked with both Cubby & Ellis having fine games. They harried and hounded the Argentinian pack taking away possession and priceless time on the ball.

Aber, nothing wrong with your laptop.

With the cries from here to pick new talented faces at last being answered with this squad, plus the calls for some more entertaining and effective style and the comprehensive wins preceding the game, the forum must have been in confident mood.

Nothing to moan about in the lead up to the game thanks to the selection.

Maybe people thought “our” job is done. Not even SA14 could find something to stir up the tranquility.

Well I was looking forward to seeing Scotland give Argentina a good game next Saturday, which is live on channel 4 but seeing as they've just lost to the USA I'm less hopeful now!

No complaints about the Moriarty red, it was terrible. But shouldn't these have been cards too?

Another strong showing by Cubby, by all accounts, and Patchell getting plaudits. Good stuff by both of them.

I see what you’re doing. Anyway, A good coach and team. All teams go through peaks and troughs. England a prime example. It’s not just the coach to blame it’s the players too.

Good Wales in this summer tour, nice matches ti Watch and good indications of out team. Patchell and Rob Evans are now world player, specially Rob a dominant prop still young for the role, his great fan! Rhys is the natural 10 of Wales.
Cubby will fight for a Place in next plane for Japan, everybody know he is that he appears, love or hate...everybody love him..
Amos and Adams, would like to see them in Scarlets shirt After the World Cup

It was easy enough, the question mark gave it away.
