In the Scarlets press conference today, the sponsors board included Macron, Heineken, BT and Intersport.

No sign of WRW or Enzo's Homes.

I wonder if we have a new shirt sponsor?
New KALAMAFONI - BEAST MODE t-shirt now available online.

Plus a new 'Sosban Fach Scoundrels' range.

Beauty of a shirt that white one. Loved it.

No doubt, like many, if not all, of the other colors and designs of yesteryear, the new kit will sharply divide opinion.

Broadly there are 7 schools of thought when it comes to kit...

Traditionalists..
-Only a perfect replica of the best of the last 2 decades tops will do ( although that can be any number of options as no one agrees which is the best)

Brand whores..
-Adidas. End of.

Idealists...
-'Don't care about the top, but if we don't get white shorts I'm going to go totally f**kin medieval this time...'

Sprogs..
-Needs an iphone pouch and ideally a PS4 built in charger...oh, and not be minging.

Fit/Fat club..
-Buying a L when you are at best an XL, and then complain the fit is much smaller than years gone by, when of course you were a genuine L.

'They can f**k off I'm not buying that' brigade...
Colour, sizing, pricing, logos, quality...or all of these...net result Foxtrot Romeo Oscar on some or all counts.

Best kit ever...
Some with genuine sentiment, other just to get a rise out of the 'f**k off, Adidas, traditionalist and idealists brigades.

No, the main sponsors are “Junomoneta”, with WRW and Enzos still on there, plus BT on the shorts, with John Francis.
Intersport is still on the back of the shirt, with Dyfed Steels and gateway, plus a few others on sleeves, back of shorts etc.
We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh

We're really challenging Racing92 for the most sponsors on the kit title!

We have Andrew Millward at the Ospreys to thank. They initially approached the Os with a much larger deal. But someone sat on his hands and failed to respond to their approaches, allegedly during the renovation of his house!!, and as a result they continued down the road over the Loughor bridge. Smaller deal than on offer to Os, but nevertheless welcome

They're also tying up with Cardiff City FC, taking over the business lounge previously sponsored by Sytner BMW. Clearly upping their profile by involving themselves with leaders in Welsh sport. Thumbs Up

Puzzling why they feel that they should need to offer the Ospreys less than us. How many years of success would it take for us the be perceived as the number 1 team by the masses?

If I may add another very small group, the ones who just want as many sponsors logos on there as possible as each one means more money for the club. Walking billboard style
