OK, enough of this - I've got ants in my pants, and am setting off to make sure of a decent car parking slot.

Ymlaen!

My only worry is the greasy conditions that we'll have to handle the ball.

Ospreys will fancy having a crack at us today and will target our lineout and breakdown in particular.

I also envisage them trying to choke tackle at every opportunity - it's something they've done all season, particularly Tipuric and AWJ in sync.
I think you've got a breakthrough in science here haydn. Nobel prize awaits. Smile

Are you sure this isn't a gardening tip for loosely compacted soils?  My lawn always appears less firm under foot as the rain of the winter sets in.??

Whats this about Scott having a run out? Has he been drafted into the 22?

Sounds like a bit of mischief making to me. Scott will always be welcome on our turf after all he is a Scarlet.

He stopped being a Scarlet last season! He's currently an Osprey.

The turf is laid on sand - as you know when you go to the beach, wet sand is more stable than dry sand.

Yes, when your building sand castles with loose sand. Smile

I can see the analogy for loosely compacted sand (or soil) but not well compacted sand surely.  I don't wish to make a thing of it - just curious really. Its all about the compaction in my opinion.

90 minutes to probably the best match of the Pro14 this year.
I'm biased, of course. :-)
Nothing wrong with that, is there?
