that feeds the neprrative of conspiracy theorists and that Irish TMOs favour the favoured side.

Hadn’t realised that the victim, Reidy, left the pitch for a HIA and didn’t return.

He’s still a doubt for the quarter final v Connacht.

McFadden likely to have a good rest, it would appear.

Those comparisons are shocking . I always felt the North ban for Fonatia was excessive but when you watch the other naughty boys ! So inconsistent 😡

That's ridiculous.

Who are the teams, BTW? Any chance of the 'authorities' somewhere stepping in on this?

That’s right and I think it was as early as the 13th minute.

Ulster v Leinster
Referee: George Clancy

Leinster's Fergus McFadden appears to strike Sean Reidy with his head. Ready then went off for a HIA and didn't return.

It was referred to the TMO and they said it was just a penalty because "they couldn't see the point which the head connected".

McFadden has been cited though. He's been banned twice before for stamping and dangerous tackling.

Are they exonerating McFadden because Reidy didn't have a 'target' painted on his head ????

Does it matter 'where' it connected ?? There was a clear intent to use the head to injure an opponent !!!

The Irish are making complete fools of themselves here !!!

McFadden will probably escape a ban because by the time of the hearing someone will have lost the video evidence. To think Fonotia got a 3 week ban !!!!
