If Sanjay is available I would seriously start with him at 15 and AOB at 10. Then if Sanjay is replaced second half Dan can come on at 10 and AOB move to full back.

This would be my team:
15. Liam
14: Prydie
13. Tyler Morgan
12. Steff Hughes
11. Steff Evans
10. AOB
9. Blacker
8. Kalamafoni
7. Cubby
6. Cassiem
5. Rawlins
4. Tex
3. Kruger
2. Taylor Davies
1. Rob Evans

Price, Jones, Sebastien, Kennedy, Jac Morgan, Homer, Dan, Asquith

I thought he said he will have some rugby in the friendly v france.
Wont be any player release. Especially for an away fixture in Italy.

Technically Cubby next actually. Suspect he will look at a more rounded back rower though.

Quite a few intriguing selection questions...challenge to pick a team as the coaches haven't really showed too much of a hand on these guys as yet....

Tyler, Cassiem, Prydie, Brew, Dan Davis, Jac Morgan, Tom Phillips, Rob Evans, Tex, Helps, Asquith, Nicholas, Conbeer, Costellow, Kennedy, Dylan Evans, Marc Jones, Taylor Davies.

The other question is who will captain the side, if it is Steff Hughes then he will start at 12 or 13

Many of these guys will have to come in to contention...so my best team as at now...

Rob Evans ( if fit, if not the Phil Price)
Marc Jones
Werner Kruger (if fit)
Lewis Rawlins
Tex Ratuva (if fit)
Blade Thompson ( if fit...and skipper if he is?)
Cubby Davies (if not called up)
Kalimafoni

Dean Blacker
Dan Jones
Steff Evans
Paul Asquith
Tyler Morgan
Aled Brew ( if available, if not then Rogers)
Angus O'Brien

Phil Price (unless he starts, then Dylan Evans)
Taylor Davies
Javen Sebastien
Uzair Cassiem
John Helps
Wil Homer
Costellow
Steff Hughes ( assuming not Capt)

Having released Cummins, pushed out Danny Drake on loan, have Shings out long term, and now likely to lose Lousi for 4-6 weeks, we are short in the 2nd row. Maybe we have to recall Drake?

Or may have to look at someone from the back row going in there as we are pretty well covered in the back row....maybe Kalimafoni, Cassiem, Phillips or Kennedy. Just a thought.
Probably Kalimafoni as we can secure Cassiem as an 8 behind him.

Confirmed as out injured mid-long term...
Jonny Mac
Tomi Lewis
Aaron Shingler

All of a sudden, our strength in depth doesn't look that great. I think Cassiem needs to start our next game, be it at 6 or 8.

I really don't think we will see Aaron in a Scarlets shirt again. If you look at our team announcements, when they list the players unavailable they put the reason in brackets as to why they are missing. e.g. Jonny Mac (Ankle), Rob Evans (neck). But the last couple of games there hasn't been anything next to Shinglers name.

will be an hard fight for our forward, Treviso can field players like Faiva, Herbst, Snyman, Ruzza, Halafihi and others dont call up with Italy.
Hope Liam Williams can back to the starting team and no other injuries during the next two weeks.
Will be a really difficoult match, hope no new covid restrictions and can go to the stadium.

We can pick a squad to play the next game but it won't be a TEAM as they have not played competitive games together.
It will take the squad at least half a dozen games to gel into a team.  By that time our season will be over as we will not have won a single game, and before I get slammed for negativity can someone tell me who we are going to beat in the Pro12 this season.?

We could be severely depleted during this international period, coupled with suspension and injuries.
