Dyfed was changed back to Carmarthenshire AND Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.  There are Scarlets fans living in these areas too, so please don't leave us out as well as north Wales like this region tends to do.

I remember Lyn Jones effectively saying before the season that he had to 'grow up' and to take it more seriously......it looks like he hasn't.

I really do believe that if we can't raise our game on Boxing day then we really are in trouble.
