Earnies record for Wales speaks for itself.15 games 9 goals? come on mun, he should be the first name written on the team sheet. Hughes needs an established and experienced number two, seems to be starting to lack ideas and motivation.Bryan Flynn would be the ideal choice.Maybe even Yorath.

To be honest I think Sparky has taken Wales as far as they can go.
Things seem to be going downhill now. Fresh blood is needed. Best thing
that could happen to Wales is if he goes to prem club.
He's done a great job in the years he's been there but I think it is time to get a new voice and new tactics in there. |

Ideas running low, only missing one or two key players as well. He really needs some help somewhere.Trouble is, if he takes the Blackburn job,who takes over? Chris Coleman on a dual role with Fulham would be my bet, perhaps Sparky should bring him into the fold now to take a bit of pressure off. |
