Likewise Rhodri and Jordan - it would be nice if they had a chance to shine, neither seemed to kick on in a Bristol team that largely struggled last year.

We've got a really strong squad there; a nice day, I expect a repeat of our antics in Dublin back in May.

Dan got fed up at Gloucester as they wouldn't play him in any big games despite being excellent whenever given a chance. You can tell how that has worked out for them by their table position in recent seasons.

Interested in feedback on how Gardiner, Shaun Evans and Tom Phillips get on. Gardiner will get 20 mins I'd guess. It will be a good run out this.

Love the video particularly the welsh version ClapClapClap

Then raise the scarlet standard high.
Within its shade we'll live and die,
Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer,
We'll keep the red flag flying here.

Ironically, Pontypool are more-or-less to Welsh rugby what Bristol are to English rugby - the team that always dominates the Championship but really struggles whenever in the Premiership.
