I could not make this game as doing RFC work at the Scarlets game but got to say well done to Paul Fisher and the other coaches and the young Llanelli team for leading the run away winners Merthyr until the 72 minute this afternoon away at Merthyr and coming away with a losing point in a close Merthyr win When you compare the ages /experience and wage bill of the two teams and it being an away game on the Merthyr High Veldt , it was a great team effort. Looking forward to the Drovers at home next Saturday! Come on down if you are not going to France. Llanelli is our history and we must not get relegated!

Reading the match report the RFC were very unlucky to lose this game .

With the RFC most in danger of the drop (which surely must be avoided at all costs), shouldn't the region be more liberal with players? SHC going to Drovers and Jon Evans to Quins for example. Surely Llanelli need that quality input more?

Quins and Llandovery look as if they are both safe from relegation so don't understand why Llanelli RFC are not being helped out with some experienced players from the Scarlets!! UnhappyDisapprove

Agree totally with last 2 posts, the Scarlets players released for semi pro teams for rest of season should play for Llanelli RFC with Llandovery and the Quins safe from relegation it could have dire circumstances for the  RFC if they  were relegated .
