An open game and glasgow are in it, their backs look confident.
A close game and Leinster will dominate, their backrow are just too good

Nigel had quite an influence on the result...the Irish will not be able to rely on him indefinitely

I thought that too.  He chickened out on a red card  for Kearny.
Keep the faith

Good game but Leinster's forwards edged it along with their experience in winning big games. The weather was also on their side. Glasgow's pack has improved considerably and have a lot more room for improvement when you think how young both Fagersons  are. Cummins is only 22 and he got through a hell of a lot of effective carrying yesterday.

Should have been a red in my view.

yes, I thought that Carney should have been given a red for that challenge, yes he went for the ball but it was reckless and he realistically had little chance of winning that arial battle with Hogg as he appeared to lose sight of the ball as he made his way through a crowd of players and was too late arriving.
I also thought that Nigel bottled it with some of the penalties that Leinster committed on their own 22, where he was quite quick in carding the Glasgow centre for what seemed to be a first offence in the same zone.
I thought Glasgow played well, but some players butchered try scoring opportunities by having white line fever, and Leinster just know how to win big games, they invariably take their opportunities when they come along, even if it’s a simple penalty kick.

Well they refused a simple penalty kick and spurned as many oppurtunities as Glasgow, terrible panicky
passing by Sexton in particular.
Should have been a red totally unnecessary and brought Glasgow back in the game, should have been a yc for their hooker earlier on.

Red card or red herring?

Glasgow would have won that, but for carelessly letting a kick get charged down - and but for the freakish spin on the ball, BTW.

Leinster just had more experience, and managed to control the ball when they had to at the end.
