Wasn't there someone on here spouting off that they were going to support Gloucester??

They're spouting a whole load of lies on their forum...

Where are the lies? The atmosphere at Kingsholm probably is better for the average league match as there are more fans there, including away fans.

The Pro14 isn’t a big draw here apart from our matches against Ospreys and Cardiff.

What they don’t consider is that Gloucester has about 3 times the population of Llanelli, and Gloucestershire 3 times the population of West Wales.

I can't recall us having a crowd of 3k since regionalisation began so why would you say that? That's just blatant lying to make your story sound better.

And whilst PyS is not as good in terms of Atmos as stradey park was there is generally a decent atmosphere on the smaller games and come the bigger ones it can be electric.

Yes  that person  was on our forum asking lots of questions and then 18 months later he announced he was leaving for Glaws again . His comments about crowd size of circa 3000 is just a blatant untruth!   No need for it. Good riddance with that disingenious  negativity. Having said that the Glaws atmosphere is certainly good and we often rattle in our stadium which is just too large but Glaws is much bigger population base than us and we don’t have local English clubs playing us with their fans in the Pro 14. It’s comparing apples and pears. Unnecessary 😡

I know, no need to part like that.
He could still support both teams.

We don't need or want supporters like that. I well remember forum members reaching out to Winston with advice on accessibility issues which concerned his wife. Of course they are perfectly entitled to support who they wish but at least be magnanimous when you decide to give up your support instead of attempting to rubbish your experience. I am afraid Mr Morgan's comments say a lot more about him than our club & its welcoming supporters.

The average is about 7k supporters. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Its sad to see someone who has a negative view of the club. Atmosphere isn’t a give even when teams fill their stadiums, i’ve been to plenty of premiership games even double headers at twickenham with 70k people there and there is no atmosphere. It takes characters and fantastic supporters to create atmosphere which i know we have!
Think back to bath away that could have been a Scarlets home game for all the noise we made.
