I don't think there's any risk of that - I guess the WRU top brass are out in Japan ATM, and won't deal with Howley until after the tournament - or until after Wales return home, at least.
And no one including Rob would want any negativity or distractions during the tournament. I personally just hope for Rob that it’s not too serious an infringement and a lifelong rugby man can continue his career. Also the sport of rugby doesn’t need grief.
