Ryan's dad told me slight ligament strain and taken off so not to aggravate. Great effort today by a young RFC team scoring 5 tries and still losing to a fully loaded RGC team. The permitted lads from places like Trimsaran, Burry Port, Ammanford Kidwelly etc did us proud.
