old news finally confirmed -

JUSTIN JAMES SIGNS FOR THE WHITES
By Laura Kerslake | 20/06/2013

Swansea RFC are delighted to announce we have signed Justin James for the upcoming season.
The 25 year old scrum half was born in Ammanford and has played his rugby at Llanelli and the Scarlets for the last six seasons. Not only has he impressed as a scrum half but he's a top scorer too with 114 points for Llanelli RFC over the last 3 seasons alone.
Team Manager Ian Hopkins on the signing: " Justin is a young but experienced player who is very well thought of in the Premiership. While we already have a very promising talent in Jake Cole, it's our hope that in signing Justin that he will help us to to develop Jake while also playing some impressive rugby for the Whites".

If Liam has rejoined us that would be the third time he's done it! Always been a very shrewd  scrum half if not very clever about his career moves. Any news on Simon Gardiner. He was excellent in both games against Ponty. Had he been in harness with Shaun Hopkins we could have played the Osprey way and deliberately knocked the ball on in the opposition half so that we could  kick the penalties when they tried to disrupt our scrum or popped out of it. Far be it from me to suggest such negative tactics but it's always something to fall back on if our backs don't click or the refs don't see anything else.

Fair play he's been an excellent player for Llanelli over the years. RFC must be bringing some players in, or is it Academy products making the step-up?

Liam is solid at that level and I hope Simon signs and sorts his attitude out. Despite his condition / shape, he's got the quality to be a pro.

I agree-its a tragedy when you see people with ability in any sport just wasting their transient opportunties to achieve something for their career due to lack of desire and  physical sports careers like rugby are so short. He still has time though but the sand is flowing through the timer!
