Had a mild bit of food poisoning and threw up an hour ago. Still not feeling great. Sat outside on porch of my house in Chicago, wearong Scarlets top, wrapped up in -6C. Just watching this thread. C'mon boys!!

Still hanging on in there. Cubby, Boyd and Elias excellent but the amount of unforced errors really is unacceptable and its the reason we are behind
I still wake up late at night and think of what might have been when tim stimpson hit that jammy penalty1
