A lot of New Signings there! a good core Squad there and brilliant to see many players retained from last season .

I did a Google search on the incoming players and with regards the New locks, Morgan French was in the Wales Under 18s Squad in 2018 and was then attached to Worcester Warriors and Ed Couzens his from Cowbridge, played for Swansea Uni and Swansea RFC previously .

Looking at the clubs at the top end pre season recruitment and relative spends I fear a long season for RFC. Lots of young talent in there mind.

Yes I think it will be a repeat of last season  as we are a development team not a Premiership Club  proper and hopefully the Region will then offer up Academy and fringe squad players for the last 8 games or so. Merthyr and Cardiff to romp away at the top for sure.  As a development team we will still struggle for supporters sadly but hopefully I am wrong

I struggle with the Premiership in Wales, because if it is for development to help regions and then the Welsh national side then the WRU need to get to grips and sort it out with Merthyr, who seem to want to go it alone instead of engaging in the regional structure in Wales. However if it is supposed to be less of a development set up and more of a full on competitive league then the WRU need to follow the Mitre 10 mould in New Zealand.

Llanelli seem to be much more of a development side than either Quins or Drovers. Maybe there is a case for adding 2 or 3 "old heads" to the squad, unless, of course, they are going to be receiving regular infusions of Scarlets squad players who aren't usually quite making it into the Scarlets regional side.

I suspect that the new Scarlets coaching team will be the biggest influencer on the RFC's fortunes this year.

Quins and Drovers are far more about seasoned players, and so a lower dependency on external resource to supplement the squad.

He’s moving to Scotland to play for the 2019-20 season despite a contract offer. Shame to lose another local boy, but it’s a fresh challenge for him.
