I'm running the Llanelli 10k on Sunday - starts at 11.30 in the coastal park. I'll pop in after I've finished if I'm able to (and if I'm not in too much of a state!).

By the way - the Sandpiper was packed on last year's race day. Everyone wanted grub there after running. But if you're there at 12.00 you'll beat the crowd.
