He was excellent all season and just got really superb in the last quarter.

Beirne was immense for the Scarlets from game one,and the Premiership select team,I for one would be devastated if Tadgh was to leave,a long term contract for us and Ireland caps to follow, that would be perfect..

Beirne was excellent from the very start. The only question was whether or not he could consistently recreate those performances and especially in the big games. The answer to both of those was a resounding yes.

The rumours that he was being targeted by Munster have gone cold for the time being.

Anybody got an update regarding his position now?

Nothing from the club that I can recall mentioning a contract?

I really hope he stays!!!!

He's with us for this season and looking forward to it. Those were his words at the CRYS AGM.
