Any ideas if we are having a new jersey this year and if so when? I know peoples love of Macron on here, but hope they can upgrade their products for next season
Once a Scarlet, always a Scarlet!

Haha! I'd just been commenting on venues and travel in the new season's RCC, and - still on that track - thought the Americans had arrived, and we'd be getting a game stateside!Embarrassed
I share no-one's ideas. I have my own.

I don’t think we’ve ever had a season where the jerseys weren’t different to the prev one. This is Macron though......

The shop did say last year that part of their agreement was to have the next seasons kit launched before the end of the season

Heard from a reliable source that a new shirt main sponsor is in place, so on this basis we should expect new shirts.

I don't remember the last time we didn't have new jerseys. I think it's safe to assume that barring a major change, we will always have a new jersey for a new season.

This is good news if true. I know WRW and Enzos Homes stepped in at the last minute last year due to a major sponsor pulling out last minute. Hopefully it turns out to be a major sponsor deal.

I wish we did have a 2 year cycle for jerseys.

They could easily alternate the scarlet and change jerseys, so that there's always a new jersey to buy for those who want to.

But replacing all the jerseys every season is taking the pi$$.

It's a vital source of income (even if we don't get it directly, Macron/a similar kit supplier would not pay to potentially half their sales) and every professional football and rugby team in the UK do it. We'd be ridiculous not to.

You would hope with the success we've had we would have a major national or international brand on our chests next season.

Personally i'm hoping for 'Hooters' with accompanying bar in the concourse!!

Not every team does it every season.

Cardiff Blues' strip stayed the same for 2 seasons, 2013/14 & 2014/15, I think - classic hops design, although a change of shirt sponsor logo meant it had to be updated from EADS to Airbus.

I wonder if we may have a 'European' shirt this season...
