Sanjay & George back in full training today, with a doubt over Cory Hill who had an HIA and is now going through the 'return to play' protocols.

It wouldn't surprise me if Williams and/or North were named in the XV to face England - not that Steff or Josh did anything wrong, I just think Gats & Co will see this game as a step up that requires more experienced big game players, especially at a febrile Twickers atmosphere. The Ysgol y Strade boys will then be chomping at the bit to come back in v Ireland if needed, and would get another chance to start against Italy.

Otherwise, leave well alone, unless Hill is ruled out.

As for England, Care in for Youngs and Wigglesworth has been called into the squad, so expect an aerial bombardment if he gets on the pitch - another reason to pick Sanj in the back three. Otherwise don't expect much change from Rome, though Eddie's bound to drop a bomb or two.

It's going to be a loooong week - let the mind games begin...Wink

no problem if cory hill is out as Bradley done well when he came on,i would bring sanjay in on the wing as the saes know how dangerous he is I would also bring owen Williams in place of anscombe(never happen because wru payed to bring him over)

Bradley will probably strengthen the scrum

If they really want to play like the Scarlets did against Bath then Cubby at 7 Navidi at 8. Keep the rest to start, Sanjay on the bench.

Cubby, Owen Williams and Sanjay for Tipuric, Watkins and Anscome for me. I wouldn’t change any of the others.

Yes, but is very one-paced as a runner - Hill was surprisingly good v Scotland, and looked as if 'the Scarlet way' had rubbed off on him. I'd definitely keep him in, if fit - if not, then of course Brad... who would go on the bench, though? Seb's promising, but is he fit?

Sanjay - yes of course, IF FIT. I was surprised how well Moriarty went after his lay-off, but of course he didn't last the full 80 - I'd be reluctant to pick too many players in that sort of shape.

Owen W for Anscombe could be a good move, but has he played much at 10 recently? if not, it might be a risk.

If injured brad will come in for hill, I guess it has to be seb davies onto the bench>? Cant think of any other candidates?

The ONLY other change I see as possible is on 1 wing,  either north or sanjay may come on for Josh (More likely North as hes played 80 minutes and scored last weekend and has 33 test tries)  Its possible North could play and sanjay could come onto the bench. All very harsh on Josh who played well and looks a great finisher for worcester.

I assume webb biggar faletau are all unavailable?

I would not risk Liam without him getting some serious game time back with Sarries. Moriarty will have benefitted from his 60-65 minutes on Saturday. He was not at his barnstorming best but he made Du Preez look like an amateur. The intensity of the game on Saturday will be up  quite a few notches & England will be far stronger all over the park. The challenge for us is to keep playing with the same freedom, flat to the gainline and with ambition. We will not beat them in an arm wrestle.
